About the Role
We’re hiring multiple Regional Training Specialists – Fleet Operations to support the learning and development of frontline roadside assistance agents in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is responsible for creating, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that help operational teams perform consistently across a broader regional footprint.
This is a highly travel-oriented training role for someone who can adapt quickly, maintain strong facilitation standards, and stay closely aligned with changing operational needs. You’ll partner with managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, coach trainees, and refine training content based on feedback from the field. Because the teams you support may handle time-sensitive, customer-impacting situations, this role plays an important part in turning field observations, learner performance trends, and stakeholder feedback into stronger training and operational consistency.

Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding, preparatory, and role-based training for roadside assistance agents across regional needs
Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials, curriculum, and assessments
Act as a content resource for training topics and keep learning documentation current
Monitor trainee progress through questionnaires, observation, and manager partnership
Reinforce standards for conduct, professionalism, and operational readiness during training
Revise training programs as workflows, systems, and business needs evolve
Help create effective induction and ramp programs for new hires
Support the creation and/or delivery of e-learning content where appropriate
Research and introduce learning tools, methods, or technologies that improve training effectiveness
Partner with stakeholders across operations to identify skill gaps and training priorities
Travel up to 80% as needed to support multi-site delivery, operational alignment, and in-person training execution
Qualifications for Success
Minimum Requirements:
1–2 years of related experience in training, teaching, or learning delivery
Ability to present information clearly and facilitate class discussion
Strong interpersonal, mentoring, organizational, and influencing skills
Problem-solving and critical-thinking ability
Ability to follow established methods, procedures, forms, and reporting practices
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and longer hours as needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications
Preferred Qualifications:
3–5 years of related experience in training, teaching, or learning delivery
Four-year degree in a related field such as industrial or applied sciences
Experience handling group facilitation or leading learner cohorts
Experience improving training content, programs, or onboarding materials
Experience supporting multiple sites, teams, or regional operations
