Job description

About the Role

Are you the person who can turn a scattered set of comments, files, and next steps into a finished project? We’d love to meet you.

At Ami Arroyo, Inc., we believe great recruiting starts with people and is strengthened by precision. We want our website and content to reflect that same care. We’re looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator who can keep website updates and landing-page work moving from an agreed goal through an approved, verified launch.

You’ll work with our founder, our copywriter, AI-assisted design tools, and our developer. Your role is to bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to the process, so the right work gets to the right person, decisions are easy to make, and nothing stops at “almost done.”

What You'll Own

  • Keep projects moving. Turn agreed deliverables into clear tasks, owners, due dates, dependencies, and next steps. Follow up on stalled handoffs and flag blockers early.

  • Make the brief usable. Gather page goals, audience, offer, visitor action, approved evidence, and assets. Surface missing information before it creates rework.

  • Coordinate content. Organize existing copy and creative assets, request missing inputs, consolidate feedback, and track the correct working and approved versions.

  • Connect design and development. Coordinate Manus AI design outputs, annotated revisions, developer questions, and approved materials without losing context.

  • Prepare decisions for Ami. Bring a concise review packet with the exact version, completed checks, open questions, your recommendation, and approval needed.

  • Check the work through launch. Review content and mobile layout, test links and forms using test data, track corrections, confirm approval, and verify the live result.

  • Keep improvements organized. Maintain a prioritized website-update backlog and report completed milestones, outstanding issues, and upcoming decisions.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience coordinating website or content projects, marketing operations, agency accounts, or creative and technical handoffs.

  • Follow-through and organization. Own deadlines, priorities, blockers, handoffs, and version history without repeated reminders.

  • Strong professional written and spoken English. Turn scattered input into clear instructions, focused questions, and approval requests.

  • Editorial and visual judgment. Spot outdated claims, inconsistent calls to action, and mobile or readability issues.

  • Web workflow literacy. Check pages, links, and forms, and describe issues clearly to the developer.

  • Dependable remote work habits, independent task management, and agreed overlap for U.S.-team reviews and handoffs.

  • Sound judgment with AI-assisted work. Verify facts and approved messaging, protect information, and respect approval boundaries.

Experience That's Helpful

U.S.-team experience, website launches, project trackers, and AI-assisted design tools are helpful. Familiarity with Manus AI is a plus, not required. You don’t need to be a designer, developer, or senior copywriter.

What Success Looks Like

  • A landing page and a defined batch of website updates are approved, published, and verified.

  • Claims are accurate, links and forms work, handoffs are closed.

  • We measure finished work and quality for this role.

If you love bringing people, ideas, and details together to turn good work into something great, we'd love to hear from you. At Ami Arroyo, Inc., every detail is an opportunity to build trust, and we're excited to meet someone who brings creativity, care, and follow-through to the process.
