Our client is hiring a Talent Operations Support Specialist to manage the frontlines of our candidate and vendor support systems. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the glue between external staffing partners, candidates, and our internal teams — handling 200+ Zendesk tickets per day with precision, empathy, and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Own Day-to-Day
In this fast-moving, high-volume environment, your work keeps everything humming. You’ll lead daily triage, drive process clarity, and ensure no thread goes unanswered.
Manage 200+ daily inbound inquiries from staffing partners and candidates via Zendesk or shared inboxes — triaging, resolving, or escalating quickly and clearly
Maintain visibility across hiring stages, proactively tracking documents, chasing down blockers, and keeping things moving
Deliver an excellent vendor experience through timely communication, consistent follow-through, and accurate documentation
Coordinate across teams (recruiting, HR, onboarding) to prevent miscommunication, close loops, and align next steps
Own documentation flows, making sure files are uploaded, systems are updated, and everyone is working from the same playbook
Analyze support data (email volume, time-to-response, doc completion rates) to identify inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements
REQUIREMENTS
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a fast-moving, process-minded operator who knows how to spot friction, clarify next steps, and get it done — all while treating people with respect.
Must-Have:
2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, people ops, or high-volume support
Hands-on experience managing shared inboxes or platforms like Zendesk, Front, or HelpScout
Strong written English and communication skills — especially for documenting, clarifying, and summarizing next steps
Proven ability to manage multiple threads and details across systems
Comfortable with ambiguity and confident in your judgment when conditions shift
Able to work fully remote while aligned to Central or Eastern Time Zone hours
Nice-to-Have:
Bachelor's degree
Experience with technology platforms like Slack, and Google Sheets
Project management experience with multiple stakeholders
