Calling all detail oriented and efficient English and Spanish Bilingual Recruiters with a keen focus on efficiently processing a high volume of candidates - we want YOU!

In this role you will support high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams and functions. You’ll review applications, communicate with candidates, coordinate interviews, and help keep recruiting workflows running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Daily Expectations for Your Role

  • Review incoming applications and shortlist qualified candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone or video screens to assess candidate fit.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with all parties.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.

  • Provide regular updates to candidates about their status and next steps.

  • Monitor hiring pipelines to flag bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets and timelines.

  • Assist with sourcing efforts when needed.

Qualifications for Success
What It Takes

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume administrative support.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency will be evaluated.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.

  • Ability to follow structured workflows while adapting to evolving needs.

  • Comfort working with digital tools, ATS platforms, and scheduling systems.

  • Proactive and professional approach to managing candidate relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with multiple clients or across different hiring processes.

  • Familiarity with workflow/project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello).

  • Background in HR, staffing, or talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment.

Working Environment

This is a full-time contract role staffed via our recruiting team. You’ll work remotely, coordinating with a distributed team and adapting to various client workflows.
