About the Role

Our client is seeking an AI Trainer fluent in U.S. English to enhance the relevance of search engine results. In this role, you will engage in a long-term search evaluation project, focusing on understanding user intent and improving search result relevance.

Responsibilities
Daily Expectations for Your Role

• Assess and grade search results to enhance their relevance, based on your knowledge of U.S. English and cultural context.

• Analyze the intent behind search queries to optimize search result grading.

• Work closely with team members to share insights and strategies for improving search evaluations.

What It Takes

Minimum Requirements:

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required.

• Born and completed most of your schooling in the United States.

• Proficiency with technology; familiarity with Mac operating systems is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to follow directions and perform time-sensitive tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Able to commute to San Antonio, TX (near the airport) and work in-office, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in roles such as customer service representative, administrative assistant, medical assistant, receptionist, or retail associate.

Working Environment

This is a full-time, ongoing W-2 contract position staffed via our client. The role requires on-site presence at the Uptown Central San Antonio, TX office, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on improving search engine relevance through detailed evaluation and analysis.
