Our client is hiring a Senior Manager, Human Resources to act as a hands-on HR leader and trusted partner to employees and leadership. This role plays a central part in shaping day-to-day people operations while supporting the company through a critical stage of growth.
You will oversee core HR functions end to end, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits, while building scalable processes that support a growing organization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong people judgment, and is comfortable owning HR operations with confidence and care.

Responsibilities
Daily Expectations for Your Role
Own end-to-end people operations, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave administration, and immigration support.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining audit-ready HR systems and records.
Partner with Finance and PEO providers to align employee changes, payroll accuracy, and reporting.
Support compensation reviews and benefits programs to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and consistency.
Collaborate with international teams and global partners to support HR operations across multiple regions.
Qualifications for Success
What It Takes
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including people leadership or senior-level responsibility.
Broad HR generalist expertise across recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and benefits.
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience working in fast-paced or growing organizations.
Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work onsite five days per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in medical device, manufacturing, or regulated industries.
International HR experience, particularly supporting teams in Europe.
PHR or SHRM certification.
Experience partnering with PEO providers.

Working Environment
