About the Role

Our client is seeking a Forklift Driver to support day-to-day warehouse operations at their distribution facility in Moreno Valley, CA. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining inventory flow, moving materials and finished goods using motorized and non-motorized equipment, and ensuring all shipments are prepared, documented, and handled with accuracy.

Responsibilities
Daily Expectations for Your Role

  • Operate forklifts to move materials between receiving, storage, and production areas

  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation

  • Place items on racks, shelves, or bins by size, type, or product code

  • Pull, stage, and assemble customer orders for packing and shipment

  • Label and mark materials with identifying information

  • Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts

  • Open containers and prepare items for shipping as needed

  • Support general warehouse functions and tasks as assigned 

Qualifications for Success
What It Takes

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

  • 6+ months experience operating a Raymond 7500 stand-up reach forklift

  • Able to walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

  • Comfortable working on foot for extended periods

  • Steel-toe shoes required starting on Day 1

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Flexible availability for scheduling, including occasional weekends and overtime 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume distribution or manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of inventory flow and basic warehouse documentation

  • Familiarity with safety standards and equipment maintenance best practices

Working Environment & Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site role in Moreno Valley, CA. You’ll work alongside a dedicated operations team focused on delivering reliable, high-quality product distribution in support of healthcare outcomes. The role is in-person and offers flexible schedules, with shifts from Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR Mon-Fri, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM (flexible to work Saturdays on occasion) (PST)
