Responsibilities

Daily Expectations for Your Role

In this position, you will:

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.

  • Schedule interviews, communicate logistics, and serve as a primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive and professional experience.

  • Support recruiting programs and projects, assisting with planning, execution, and follow-through.

  • Attend and participate in recruitment-related events as needed.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting processes, policies, and procedures, serving as a reliable resource to candidates and internal partners.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple recruiting coordination tasks using independent judgment and initiative.

  • Collaborate closely with recruiting partners and teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and candidate-centered hiring process.

  • Identify process gaps or issues impacting recruitment and assist with implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and experience.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role supporting recruiting or HR functions.

  • 1+ year of experience with candidate sourcing and/or recruiting coordination.

  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the organization professionally to candidates.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, remain focused, and deliver results in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

  • Technical proficiency and comfort working within recruiting systems and tools.

Preferred:

The ideal candidate would also bring:

  • Experience working in a recruiting or HR team within a technology or mobility-focused company.

  • Familiarity with recruiting workflows, interview scheduling, and candidate lifecycle management.

  • Experience supporting recruiting events or programs.

  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest process enhancements.
