About the Role
Are you someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing data, and keeping complex systems running smoothly? Join our client's team as an Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist.
Our client is a leader in software infrastructure for autonomous systems. In this role, you’ll help support daily autonomous vehicle fleet operations by triaging issues reported by vehicle operators and engineering teams.
Based on-site in Mountain View, CA, this role places you at the center of operations — identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and escalating critical findings to engineering teams to keep vehicles safely operating on the road.
Your work will directly contribute to improving fleet reliability and helping engineering teams prioritize fixes and enhancements across both hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities
Daily Expectations for Your Role
This role focuses on supporting the daily operations of an autonomous vehicle fleet by identifying and resolving operational issues.
Receive and review issue reports from vehicle operators and engineers.
Perform first-level triage and troubleshooting to identify potential causes of operational issues.
Escalate technical issues to engineering teams and support resolution efforts.
Maintain and update issue tickets, documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
Track recurring issues and identify trends that impact fleet performance.
Provide updates and reports on fleet status and operational issues to operations teams.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and fleet teams to ensure vehicles remain safe and operational on the r
Qualifications for Success
What it Takes
Minimum Requirements
Experience troubleshooting technical issues, performing diagnostics, or supporting operations workflows.
Strong organizational and data-entry skills with high attention to detail.
Comfort working with technical systems, dashboards, or fleet monitoring tools.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Availability to work onsite in Mountain View, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting autonomous vehicle operations, robotics systems, or fleet operations.
Background in engineering, computer science, IT, or a technical field.
Experience with programming languages or technical tools used for diagnostics or analysis.
Previous experience working in operations centers, technical support, or incident response environments.
Schedule
Training Schedule:
The first 2–3 weeks will follow a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM schedule.
After training, shifts may include:
2:00 PM - 10:30 PM: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM: Tuesday-Saturday
