About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-driven Autonomous Vehicle Test Specialist to support the development of cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology in Sunnyvale, CA. In this role, you will execute test plans on AV and ADAS development vehicles, document testing outcomes, and collaborate closely with software engineers and operations teams. You will play a key role in ensuring vehicles meet operational and safety standards, contributing directly to the advancement of next-generation autonomous systems.

Responsibilities
Execute test plans on autonomous and ADAS development vehicles daily.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure readiness for testing.
Document detailed notes and formal reports of test activities, anomalies, and outcomes.
Collaborate with vehicle operators and software engineers to improve testing procedures.
Support logistics, including coordinating vehicle movement, storage, and spare parts inventory.
Act as a safety champion, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications for Success
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of technical experience in hardware/software testing or a related field.
Experience troubleshooting software or hardware issues.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
Interest in autonomous vehicle technology and software functionality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Linux and software tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Prior experience with ADAS, autonomous vehicles, or other automotive technical roles.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
