Our client is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Operator to join their team in Mountain View, CA. Responsibilities
Daily Expectations for Your Role

• Operate and manage autonomous vehicles with a “safety first” approach, driving 4–8 hours daily.

• Perform hardware and software tests to support mission requirements.

• Maintain vehicle roadworthiness, cleanliness, and overall readiness.

• Support vehicle maintenance, movement, and storage logistics.

• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to engineering teams to enhance performance and address issues.
  

Qualifications for Success
What It Takes

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of Autonomous Vehicle Operator experience and 3+ years of driving history

• Previous ADAS/autonomous vehicle testing experience

• Ability to drive for extended periods

• May not have any of the following:

  • Moving violations within the past year

  • DUI

  • Criminal record

• Some experience with the Linux Command Line

• High level of critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience operating larger vehicles (e.g., SUVs like Suburban, Tahoe).

Working Environment

This is a full-time, 12-month contract position based in Mountain View, CA, with the possibility of extension or conversion. The role is in-person and requires flexibility with schedules, offering shifts from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | PM Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM.
