About the Role
Our client is hiring an Operations Logistics Associate to support onsite manufacturing and warehouse operations in Los Angeles. This role is centered on keeping materials moving accurately and efficiently from dock to production and shipping, while helping maintain inventory integrity and supporting internal teams with timely parts and materials delivery.

This is a hands-on, in-person role in a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a sense of urgency matter. You’ll work closely with warehouse, production, and operations partners to help ensure internal customers have what they need, when they need it, while also supporting process consistency, safety, and workplace organization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute warehouse material flow processes from dock to production and shipping using forklift, manual movement, and other transport methods.

  • Use warehouse systems to input, retrieve, and manage inventory and parts data.

  • Process material movements throughout the warehouse accurately and on time.

  • Assess material needs for assigned production areas throughout the shift.

  • Pull and stage materials to support production schedules.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through physical counts and system analysis.

  • Follow warehouse safety standards, including proper PPE use.

  • Maintain 5S standards in the work area to support cleanliness and organization.

  • Uncrate critical components for assembly teams.

  • Support storage and handling of indirect materials for internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.

  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership in resolving issues and improving day-to-day processes.

Qualifications for Success
Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience

  • User-level computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

  • Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Strong problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations

  • Ability to collaborate successfully across warehouse and production teams

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or production material flow operations

  • Experience with inventory discrepancy resolution and parts movement tracking
