Responsibilities – Daily Expectations for Your Role

• Design original prompts to test AI model and application behavior, especially in safety-sensitive or edge-case scenarios.

• Review, rank, and assess outputs across text, image, video, audio, and agentic behaviors for accuracy, safety, and quality.

• Identify factual errors, misleading claims, or unsafe outputs and document issues with clear rationales.

• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure project quality standards are met.

• Communicate findings professionally and follow formatting/writing standards.

Qualifications for Success – What It Takes

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent writing-intensive experience.

• Excellent command of English grammar, style, and professional writing.

• Ability to work with sensitive or graphic content while maintaining objectivity.

• Strong attention to detail and structured judgment using templates, rubrics, and scorecards.

• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in content moderation, copywriting, journalism, editing, or education.

• Experience with gaming communities, business, or digital cultures.

• Interest in AI/ML technologies, safety, or red teaming practices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $29.50/hour

• Full-time contract (30+ hours/week)

• Hybrid schedule: Tuesday–Thursday in-office 9–5:30 CST; Monday and Friday remote

Working Environment
