  • Technical Leadership: You can guide and mentor other technicians while remaining actively involved in hands-on work.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: You can clearly communicate field findings and technical feedback to engineering, operations, and quality partners.

  • Adaptability: You stay effective in a fast-moving environment involving changing priorities, field deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

  • Perform and oversee preventative maintenance, retrofits, and system upgrades that support vehicle reliability and uptime.

  • Provide onsite technical leadership during vehicle deployments and testing, including issue diagnosis and corrective action.

  • Partner with engineering, operations, and quality teams to communicate field findings and support improvements to hardware designs and test processes.

  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and related technical documentation.

  • Maintain and review technical documentation associated with vehicle work and troubleshooting.

  • Manage tools and inventory while maintaining organized and safe work areas.

  • Follow applicable safety and quality procedures.

  • Mentor, train, and support junior technicians by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.

  • Travel locally as needed to provide field support.
