Responsibilities
Daily Expectations for Your Role
Deliver real-time support to riders before, during, and after trips via multiple channels
Troubleshoot issues, offer next-step guidance, and escalate complex or urgent cases appropriately
Collaborate with operations, safety, and technical teams to investigate and resolve rider-impacting problems
Contribute to ongoing product improvement by flagging patterns, logging incidents, and sharing rider feedback
Support testing, QA, and data collection efforts tied to rider experience
Maintain a safety-first approach and foster a culture of open communication
Qualifications for Success
What It Takes
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years in customer-facing roles such as support, hospitality, or retail
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution
Proven ability to navigate high-pressure situations with professionalism
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Slack, Jira, or similar
Prior experience supporting hardware or app-based services
Exposure to real-time operations or QA testing
Background in mobility, logistics, or other fast-moving service industries

Working Environment
This is a full-time, 6-month contract role staffed via our recruiting partner. It is an onsite position based in Las Vegas, NV, with multiple available shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Flexibility is key, as shift needs may evolve based on launch and operational timelines
