About the Role

Our client is looking for a Service Associate to support daily operations of their autonomous vehicle fleet. From fueling and cleaning to software launches and mission prep, this hands-on role is essential in keeping vehicles and test sites running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Daily Expectations for Your Role
Maintain vehicle readiness through routine charging, fueling, cleaning, and organization
Launch software on test vehicles and verify configurations (hardware/software)
Prepare vehicles for missions, collect required data, and escalate any anomalies
Support test site readiness, ensuring it’s clean, safe, and compliant
Handle parts inventory: transport, organize, and track spare parts
Assist the driving team with testing logistics, cone setup, and support vehicles
Provide basic mechanical assistance under technician guidance (e.g., wiring checks, fluid changes)
Log activities, complete checklists, and support documentation processes
Qualifications for Success
What It Takes
Minimum Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant work experience
Strong physical stamina (ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive motion tasks)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Willingness to undergo background check, drug screening, and MVR review
Comfortable with basic software tools (Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical trade school certification or Associate Degree in automotive or mechanical field
Experience in operations, logistics, or fast-paced environments
Familiarity with autonomous vehicle systems, mobility tech, or fleet operations

Full-time contract role (30+ hrs/week)

Working Environment
This is an on-site position based in Miami, FL. Multiple shifts are available:
10:00 PM—6:30 AM Saturday—Wednesday
10:00 PM—6:30 AM Wednesday—Sunday
The role is part of a collaborative and safety-conscious team ensuring daily fleet operations run smoothly and efficiently. Expect a mix of indoor/outdoor work, physical activity, and technical processes.
