Based in Dallas, TX, this full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work directly with groundbreaking mobility technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As an Automotive Technician, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring vehicle safety, reliability, and performance through routine maintenance, inspections, and emergency response.

Responsibilities – Daily Expectations for Your Role

• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections (brakes, fluids, tires, AC, etc.).

• Assess and document vehicle condition after road incidents.

• Complete minor on-site repairs and coordinate larger repairs with partner service centers.

• Support field operations, including vehicle evacuations and towing.

• Transport vehicles for service, repairs, and detailing.

• Monitor vehicle systems, report issues, and ensure readiness for daily operations.

• Maintain fleet and shop cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications for Success – What It Takes

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience as an automotive technician or similar mechanical role.

• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair practices.

• Clean driving record and valid Texas driver’s license.

• Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work independently.

• Comfortable working around advanced autonomous vehicle technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with electric vehicles.

• Familiarity with EV-specific systems, diagnostic tools, or certifications.

• Experience in fleet or high-volume service operations.

Commitment:
This is a full-time, one-year contract role based in Dallas, TX. Candidates must be local and available to work onsite.
Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 7AM–3PM

• 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2PM–10PM

• Weekend Shift: Sat–Sun, 10AM–10PM
