What You Bring to the Table

As a
Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and seamless recruitment process. This temporary maternity leave coverage role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills in corporate recruiting while contributing to a high-performing team. After the initial 3-month period, there is potential for the role to convert into a part-time or full-time position based on performance and business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Expectations for Your Role
In this role, you will focus on corporate recruitment tasks, including:

  • Managing communication with candidates across various channels (text, calls, email) to ensure a professional and engaging experience.

  • Reviewing applications promptly, prioritizing key candidates, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Guiding candidates through the recruitment process by providing updates on their progress and next steps.

  • Proactively adapting to changing priorities within the recruitment process to maintain efficiency.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align recruitment goals and provide timely updates on candidate statuses.

  • Utilizing tools such as ATS systems, Google Suite (G-Suite), Notion, and OpenPhone to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.

  • ​​Ensuring availability during CST/EST business hours to provide timely communication and support to both candidates and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications for Success
Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience in corporate recruitment or equivalent experience in a call center environment. 

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume communication across multiple channels (text, calls, email) while maintaining polite, professional, and empathetic communication

  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

  • Proficiency with tools such as ATS systems, Google Suite (GSuite), Notion, and OpenPhone.

  • A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and priorities, while thriving in a fast-paced environment by maintaining accuracy, focus, and composure under pressure.

  • Ability to work within CST/EST time zones to ensure seamless communication and coverage.

Preferred:

The ideal candidate would also bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate recruitment or a related field.

  • Call center experience or familiarity with high-volume communication workflows.

  • Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.

  • Advanced proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in candidate management.
